photo copy of all testimonials (academic & experience) to the school

a DD of Rs. 100/- in favour of ‘The Chairman’ (of the school where
applying).

- Forms are also available in School Office on all working days from 10:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs.
- Last date for submission of application form is 19 Nov. 2019.
- Interview will be held at APS No. 1 Roorkee from 02 to 04 Dec. 2019.
